About ECH
We do this with a systems approach to catalyzing improvements in the social determinants of health in Eaton County.
INITIATIVES
All ECH initiatives are rooted in a collective impact… a collaborative approach to improving our communities. We work with residents and local organizations, supporting programs for resident-led neighborhood improvement, for simplified access to resources, and for improved health and well-being.

ECH HISTORY
Eaton Community Health (ECH) was established as a nonprofit in 2016, initially as a 501(c)(3) supporting organization of Hayes Green Beach Memorial Hospital (HGB). The ECH team is forever grateful to the vision and strategic expertise of the HGB board in creating and supporting its early beginnings. In 2019, launched as an independent, charitable 501(c)(3) nonprofit, focused on a collective impact approach to the social determinants of health in Eaton County. Watch this space in the future for more early chapters of the ECH history.
